DSLabels Printing & Design was founded to fill a unique position in the marketplace, by providing print services to companies seeking to reduce their overall annual spend, through evaluation and recommendations regarding design, products, and services to compliances such as ANSI.

From concept to finished product, our goal is complete customer satisfaction. By emphasizing engineering support in the early stages of design, statistically monitoring our processes, and inspecting 100% of our products electrically and cosmetically, we are able to ensure that our products conform to your requirements and specifications.

Versatile, wide-ranging materials, imaging methods, and cosmetic options make DSLabels Printing & Design your one-stop, full service source for custom identification products.

Our primarily goal, through the evaluation of your print needs, is to eliminate the Rule of Too’s:
  • Too many different materials.
  • Too many labels which change too often.
  • Too many labels reaching obsolescence too quickly.
  • Too long to design.
  • Too costly to inventory.
  • Too heavy a burden on purchasing.
  • Too many languages.
With our multiple capabilities, DSLabels Printing & Design serves a wide variety of industries and markets, from original equipment manufacturers to start-up companies. Our product and service offerings include:

Conversion of pressure sensitive face stocks, via both narrow and wide-web flexography, rotary letterpress, and roll-to-roll digital capabilities.

Graphic-enhanced printing with in-line combination printing capabilities, offering nine color UV Flexo with indexed hot stamping, for high quality four color process in the prime label and security markets, as well as printing “thin” film products prevalent in the packaging industry.

Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) insertion, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), and a patented method for an over wrap, expanded label for increased text capacity for the Nutraceutical market.

A 20” wide web press with in-line die cutting allows DSLabels to offer economical blank labels.

DSLabels Printing & Design offers screen printing capabilities with various finishing processes, including sheet fed and rotary, which cater to the OEM markets; however, we also sell to the Point of Purchase (POP) and advertising specialty markets. With improving durability and UV light resistance through other print processes, in high volume markets where screen printing is desirable, use of a 16” flexo press with eight in-line screen stations will allow DSLabels to continue to be competitive in this area. The availability of digital technologies via Indigo and Gerber provide low cost alternatives for short run, JIT programs.

DSLabels continues to experience growth in the membrane switch product line, offering Membrane Switch Keyboards, Overlay / Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, Rubber Keypad Assemblies, Value-Added Assembly Services, and Dynapic Super-Rugged Keyboards. Through strategic partnerships, DSLabels assists its customers from design, through prototyping, and production.

We provide kitting, designing for ANSI compliance, translation services, cataloguing of parts and warehousing for the OEM industry.

With the availability of several offset presses, DSLabels Printing & Design offers a variety of offset printing and finishing options for your stationary, business cards, brochures, forms, advertising, and direct mail needs.

Our goal is to achieve complete and total customer satisfaction. We will be responsive, flexible, innovative, and provide quality products in a timely and cost efficient manner.
